This is a “pas de deux” with yourself and with me, your coach. I will hold space for your wishes about yourself to come true. Whether it’s an issue of self-esteem, self-confidence, self-love, self-image, self-talk … you have strengths and skills you can tap into to discover what can work for you to begin to write your unique “happy ever after”. I am here to make this happen.

I craft a cycle with a number of one-hour coaching sessions and laser coaching sessions, depending on what is relevant for your self-care journey.
A DIGITAL PLATFORM TO SUPPORT YOU BETWEEN SESSIONS
A dedicated platform where you have access to specific resources, and to a journal where you can ask questions and share with your coach.
1:1 Self-Care Coaching with acupressure and essential oils
This is a symphony to compose with coaching complemented by a daily ritual of acupressure with essential oils. If energy work resonates in you, if you believe that you are a unique bio-individual that can be supported by the energetic vibration of essential oils resonating with meridians, therefore this holistic wellness coaching approach will be deeply impactful for you.
